Wade Fowler's latest book cover was beautifully illustrated to tell the fantastical tale of The First Ambassador.

A narrative that links the history of the colonial south with a modern-day murder, the concept was to create movement & depth on a 2D surface. The use of overlays, distressed typography, maps, and original artwork mirror the journey of Wade's characters - a dance across the wide expanse of history on Roanoke Island.
